Salary Range: Up to $8,000
This is a 1-Year Contract role.
Objective of the Role:
- The Project Coordinator will assist the Program Manager in driving essential project activities. This role is pivotal in supporting the Agile team with change management, streamlining system processes, formalizing SIT strategies, and coordinating end-to-end UAT.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Program Manager in managing project activities.
- Collaborate with the Agile team to support and implement necessary changes during SIT and UAT phases.
- Streamline and improve system processes across integrated systems.
- Develop and formalize SIT test strategies and scenarios.
- Coordinate and steer SIT across Centers of Competence (CoC) applications.
- Manage end-to-end coordination of market UAT.
- Address and manage issues, items, bugs, and change requests emerging from SIT/UAT.
- Handle escalations with all stakeholders effectively.
Required Skills:
- A deep understanding of Agile principles and their application in workplace culture.
- Proficiency in digital technologies and current development trends.
- Proven leadership skills in driving project activities from concept to execution to completion.
- High enthusiasm and motivation to work in a fast-paced, Agile environment with the ability to adapt to change.
- Exceptional collaboration, listening, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly communicate with the Agile team, management, and IT teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management, Information Technology, or Engineering.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in an enterprise-level technology organization.
- Demonstrated project management experience with IT products.
- Experience in testing and project management within technology-focused projects.
- SAFe or Scrum Master certification or training is highly advantageous.
