Young people today face growing challenges from life online—social media pressure, cyberbullying, online conflicts, screen overuse, and digital fatigue. These stressors affect mental health and emotional well-being but are often overlooked when supporting youth.
This is where TOUCH Cyber Wellness comes in. We help children, youths, and families build mental resilience, emotional regulation skills, and healthy digital habits. Our programmes bridge the gap between mental wellness and cyber wellness—helping individuals navigate online risks while supporting emotional well-being.
As an Executive - Programme (Centre-based), you will manage the daily operations of the Digital Wellness Centre while delivering programmes that help young people and families manage online risks, build emotional resilience, and develop healthy digital habits. You will also oversee the centre’s budgets, resources, and reporting to ensure smooth and effective operations while creating a safe and supportive space for learning and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Centre Operations & Management
- Oversee daily operations, budgets, resources, and reporting for the Digital Wellness Centre.
2. Programme Design, Innovation & Implementation
- Design and deliver programmes that strengthen mental well-being, emotional regulation, and healthy digital habits.
- Develop interactive, learner-focused experiences addressing online risks, digital stress, and emotional challenges.
- Apply research and feedback to keep programmes relevant and effective.
3. Youth Engagement, Outreach and Partnerships
- Build supportive relationships with youths through centre-based activities.
- Deliver workshops and talks for youths, parents, schools, and community groups.
- Develop resources and co-create programmes with schools, community organisations, and partners.
4. Programme Evaluation and Improvement
Gather feedback, track outcomes, and refine content, delivery, and centre operations based on needs and trends.Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Education, Counselling, or a related field. 2–3 years’ experience in youth work, mental health education, teaching, counselling, or programme operations.
Core Competencies & Attributes:
- Proven ability to engage with youths, families, parents, and caregivers.
- Strong understanding of how digital life - including social media, gaming, and online spaces-impacts mental health, emotions, and behaviour.
- Comfortable with operational tasks like budget management, resource planning, and reporting.
- Experience managing operations in a centre or community-based setting.
- Background as an educator, counsellor, youth worker, or mental health practitioner.
- Familiarity with digital wellness, cyber wellness, or integrating technology into mental health or education work.
- Experience with programme evaluation and outcome tracking.
- Skills in developing engaging workshops, presentations, and learning resources.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and public speaking skills.
- Empathetic, approachable, and skilled in engaging youths and families.
- Creative, adaptable, and able to design meaningful learning experiences.
- Well-organised with strong operational, project management, and coordination skills.
