Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage space allocation across assigned service loops to ensure efficient utilization
- Obtain and analyze loading forecasts from Sales teams to align space management with volume trends and demand
- Allocate space strategically based on yield margin and priority of each load port to optimize overall revenue
- Coordinate and maintain close communication with Vessel Operations, Transshipment Hubs, and Partner Lines for
smooth operations
- Optimize space on all legs (including multi dipping) to achieve full vessel load factor and maximize gross yield
- Support in any ad hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Maritime, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or any relevant discipline
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the container shipping industry, but candidates without experience with a strong
willingness to learn can be considered
- Proficient in MS Excel and PortNet System
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proactive team player with a positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
