Job Title: Fabric Care Retail Associate (Central)
Job Hours: 4 days a week, 10am to 6pm

The Opportunity:
- We are looking for a friendly and reliable Retail Assistant to join our laundry shop team. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience from drop-off to collection.
Job Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist walk-in customers in a polite and professional manner
- Receive, tag, and record customer laundry items accurately
- Handle payments and issue receipts using POS system
- Monitor laundry machine usage and ensure proper handling of items
- Fold, pack, and prepare cleaned items for collection
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the front counter and shop floor
- Report any customer feedback or operational issues to the supervisor
- Support basic stock checks for detergent and packaging materials
Job Requirements:
- Minimum secondary school education
- Prior retail or customer service experience preferred
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
- Willing to work weekends or public holidays (on rotation)
