Our client is a local leading player in healthcare industry. They are now recruiting a Facilities Development Assistant Manager to be part of their Facilities Development team to assist the next phase of their business. They are located in the Central-West - easily accessible.
Roles and Responsibilities of Facilities Development Assistant Manager:
- Plan and develop healthcare infrastructure facilities
- Manage projects from proposal stage through to completion
- Prepare master plans and budget proposals
- Conduct conceptual planning and feasibility studies
- Oversee design development and coordination
- Prepare and evaluate tender documents
- Supervise construction activities and ensure project delivery
Requirements:
- Min Degree in Architecture
- Experience in facilities development projects
- Experience in Autocad drawings
- Experience in healthcare industry
