Job Responsibilities
- Conduct walkarounds of building premises to ensure there are no safety hazards
- Perform troubleshooting and repair works for building and equipment maintenance
- Liaise and coordinate with vendors for quotations, repairs, and maintenance works
- Ensure no unauthorised entry or trespassing within building premises
- Assist with VIP visits
- Perform other ad hoc assignments as assigned
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering / Material Science / Chemistry or equivalent
- Entry Level candidates are welcome to apply
- Familiar with the fundamentals of concrete properties, admixture technologies and applications
- Familiar with SSEN, ACI, ASTM, and BS/EN standards or specifications for Civil Engineering and concrete
- Proficient in written and spoken English
- Able to work independently with a positive attitude to deliver within tight deadlines
- Strong interpersonal and customer relationship skills
