The FM Technical Executive shall possess a Diploma in Building or Facilities Management or relevant disciplines from a recognised establishment (with M&E background preferable) and a minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
The FM Technical Executive is the key front line of the Contractor in responding and attending to each Site and Employer Representatives, to ensure that the Works and Services under the Contract are rendered and performed professionally, effectively, and efficiently.
The FM Technical Executive shall assist the relevant Facility Managers as the site supervisors and assist the Core Team in all site measurement and records, uploading of field data to centralised computer system.
Candidates with background in mechanical and/or electrical engineering would have an advantage
