Job Responsibilities:
- Safety and Compliance Monitoring : Conduct daily walkaround inspections of building premises to identify and report safety hazards, defects, and non-compliance issues
- Maintenance and Repairs : Perform basic troubleshooting and minor repair works on building systems, including electrical and plumbing components
- Contractor Management : Supervise and monitor all routine and ad-hoc repair works performed by term contractors to ensure compliance with contract specifications and quality standards
- Cleaning Operations Oversight : Monitor cleaning staff performance and ensure adherence to assigned cleaning schedules and service standards
- Utility Management : Record and maintain accurate monthly meter readings for water and electricity consumption across all buildings
- Administrative Support : Complete other facilities-related assignments and duties as required
Job Requirements:
- Minimum GCE 'O' Level qualification
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Facilities Management or Cleaning industry
Technical Knowledge:
- Basic understanding of housekeeping services, waste management, and pest control operations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for report preparation and documentation

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Detail-oriented and meticulous in work approach
- Positive attitude and strong team collaboration skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Self-motivated and proactive problem-solver
Additional Requirements:
- Ability to perform physical inspections and basic manual tasks
- Willingness to work flexible hours when required for emergency situations
