- Manage daily production operations to meet production schedules and internal quality requirements
- Allocate manpower effectively across sections and production lines to optimize productivity.
- Provide training and guidance to production staff
- Ensure all the document, report and record are properly maintained
- Ensure the GMP practices are strictly followed
- Ad-hoc project as assigned by the Production Manager
- Strong leadership, decision making and analytical skills with presentable and persuasive manner.
- Leading a group of managers for Factory Administration as well as Resources Planning & Execution that facilitates Manufacturing Operations.
- Accept overtime and shift work
- At least 4 years of experience
