We are looking for a friendly, customer-focused Retail Associate to join our team. You will play a key role in delivering an exceptional shopping experience by assisting customers, maintaining the store’s visual standards, and supporting day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a warm, welcoming manner
- Provide product knowledge and styling advice to help customers make informed purchases
- Handle sales transactions accurately using the POS system
- Maintain store cleanliness, tidiness, and visual merchandising standards
- Restock shelves, manage inventory, and process deliveries
- Support store events and promotions
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store sales targets and goals
Qualifications:
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for fashion, styling, and delivering excellent customer service
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Able to work flexible hours, including Saturday and holidays

Pay: $1,500.00 - $3,500.00 per month
