Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the training, on-site installation, commissioning and maintenance of mechanical equipment at customers’ sites
- Perform troubleshooting on mechanical equipment
- Follow work schedule to specified standards and procedures and maintain all relevant written records as applicable
- Conduct training for customers’ engineers and technicians
- Provide after sales technical field service of the equipment
- Assess customer's needs and suggest appropriate equipment and response to customer enquiries.
- Any other tasks as assigned by management
Requirements:
- Fresh graduated from Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related Engineering Field
- Customer-orientated and technically incline
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Responsible, Positive Attitude and able to work well as a team
- Possess good initiative towards task given
- Willing to travel overseas for work supports and training
- Able to work on weekend / overtime if required.
