We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Field Service Technician to provide on-site IT assistance and support to our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving hardware (mostly), software, and network issues.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide second-level technical support to customers via remote tools or on-site visits.
2. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, monitors, and other IT-related equipment used by customers.
3. Document issues, solutions and updates in the ticketing system.
4. Maintain strong working relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and trust.
5. Participate in after-hours support rotation if required.
6. Training will be provided. Candidates must be flexible, open-minded and willing to learn new skills.
