Finance and Office Manager
Our client is an Asia based Venture Capital fund manager who is seeking a Finance and Office Manager.
Some of the Key Responsibilities include:
- Liaise with fund administrators and banks on bank accounts, FX, and credit matters; prepare financial statements.
- Handle audits, tax filings, MAS returns, and support compliance checks.
- Help with investor reports, answer fund-related questions, and do basic bookkeeping like tracking expenses and GST.
- Manage daily office operations, coordinate with vendors and IT, maintain a clean workspace, and support scheduling, travel, and expense claims.
- Handle admin tasks like organizing meetings and events, keeping employee records, helping with onboarding, and being the main contact for visitors and service providers.
To be eligible for this role you will require:
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; professional qualifications like CA, ACCA, or CPA are a plus.
- At least 5 years of experience in fund or accounting roles, ideally in VC, PE, asset management, or fund admin.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS/SFRS(I), fund structures, GP/LP setup, and carried interest models
- Experience in a fund manager, family office, or investment firm, with exposure to multi-jurisdictional fund structures.
- Skilled in Excel and Microsoft Office, with great attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Good communication, time management, and organizational skills; trustworthy, adaptable, and proactive.
