Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Finance and Operation Manager to oversee and strengthen our financial planning, internal controls, and operational processes. This dual-role position is critical in ensuring our financial health while driving operational efficiency and supporting business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Management
- Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and cash flow management.
- Ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements, tax filings, and audit processes.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage banking relationships, payment approvals, and treasury functions.
- Lead financial planning to support strategic decision-making.
Operations Management
- Develop, implement, and optimize internal operational processes and workflows across departments.
- Manage procurement, logistics, administration, and general office operations.
- Coordinate with HR to manage payroll, employee reimbursements, and relevant policies.
- Monitor key operational metrics (KPIs) and identify areas for efficiency improvements.
- Support execution of business initiatives and cross-functional projects.
Leadership & Cross-functional Collaboration
- Lead and develop finance and ops team members.
- Partner with departments (sales, product, marketing) to ensure operations align with business objectives.
- Provide timely financial insights and operational recommendations to leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields.
- CPA, ACCA, or MBA preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in finance and/or operations management roles.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, internal controls, and regulatory compliance.
- Proficiency in accounting software and financial tools (e.g. Excel, Xero, QuickBooks, ERP systems).
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work across departments.
