The Business Analyst will manage communications between internal and external stakeholders on various tasks, projects and deadlines.
Job Responsibilities:
- Utilise data visualisation and analytical modeling to evaluate business processes and deliver actionable insights that inform strategic decision-making.
- Apply critical thinking to analyse market dynamics and uncover new opportunities for sustainable growth.
- Proactively cultivate and strengthen business relationships within the PSO network, fostering collaboration and mutual success.
- Manage full project lifecycles with precision, ensuring timely and successful delivery by leveraging appropriate skills, tools, and resources.
- Maintain team alignment through consistent updates, transparent communication, and constructive feedback at every project stage.
- Drive project success by engaging in requirement-gathering sessions, facilitating walkthroughs, supporting solution design, drafting test plans, delivering user training, and ensuring smooth implementation.
- Develop strategic business initiatives grounded in thorough data analysis and market research, targeting high-potential clients for engagement.
- Ensure strict compliance with financial regulations and internal policies by preparing documentation and supporting audit processes as needed.
- Communicate financial performance and insights clearly to stakeholders—including senior executives, investors, and external partners—to promote transparency and support informed decision-making.

Role Requirements:
Qualifications:
- A full certificate in GCE 'A' Level, International Baccalaureate Diploma, a Polytechnic Diploma from Singapore, or an equivalent academic qualification.
Work Hours:
- Full-time position: Monday to Friday, from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM.
- Part-time positions are also available.
