Job Scope:
- Monitor daily bank balances and record incoming payments
- Perform customer account and bank reconciliations
- Prepare weekly overdue reports and coordinate with the sales team on outstanding payments
- Generate AR-related reports (bi-weekly, monthly, quarterly) including Trade Receivables, Collection Performance, LG/LC reports, and Coface declarations
- Update and maintain customer master data
- Issue debit/credit notes and manage customer rebate contracts, accruals, and settlements
- Book daily cash receipts and prepare cash balance reports
- Handle Letter of Credit documentation
- Review customer credit limits and manage credit insurance renewals
- Assist with monthly GST filings and income tax schedules
- Support internal and external audits
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned
