As they scale with purpose, they are looking for a Finance & HR Manager to join their leadership team.
About the Role
As the Finance & HR Manager , you will be the strategic backbone of the company — ensuring financial integrity, compliance, and talent stewardship. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic SME environment, is highly analytical, and has a passion for people and purpose-driven growth.
Key Responsibilities
Finance
- Oversee full-spectrum financial operations, including AR, AP, Financial Reporting and full set of accounts
- Manage cash flow, budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
- Strengthen internal controls and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
- Conduct budget variance analysis and identify cost-saving opportunities
- Build financial models to assess business opportunities and support strategic decision-making
Human Resources (Minor)
- Lead end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management
- Oversee payroll processing, leave management, and statutory compliance (CPF, SDL, MOM regulations)
- Develop and implement HR policies, performance reviews, and engagement initiatives
- Support organizational development through training needs analysis and workforce planning
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or HR Management
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a combined Finance/HR leadership role (SME experience preferred)
- Strong understanding of Singapore financial and HR legal frameworks
- Proven ability to lead and influence across all levels of an organization
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- A proactive, ethical leader with high emotional intelligence
- Financial Modelling is a plus
