Job Description
The Finance Manager is responsible for:
- Supervision and maintenance of listed company and subsidiaries’ accounts in accordance with SRFS(I)
- Reporting of monthly results to CFO
- Preparation of quarterly consolidation of group accounts and quarterly results announcement
- Reviewing and approving quarterly GST fillings and all GST related matters
- Reviewing and approving annual tax fillings and all tax related matters
- Ensuring smooth conduct of internal and external audits
- Acting as key liaison for internal and external auditors, tax agent and corporate secretary
- Acting as key liaison with operations personnel for day-to-day matters
- Any other assignments by CFO as appropriate
Education/ Professional Qualification
- ACCA or ISCA professional qualification
Work Experience
- At least 2 years of experience leading and guiding Finance team
- Working knowledge of percentage of completion revenue recognition is required
- Experience with tax computation and deferred tax calculation is required
- Experience with listed companies will be advantageous
- Good working knowledge of transfer pricing requirements and regulations will be advantageous
- Audit experience with familiarity with corporate secretarial matters will be advantageous
