We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Finance Manager to join a growing F&B group in Singapore. This is a newly created role with no prior incumbent, offering the opportunity to set up internal financial systems and processes from the ground up.
This is an individual contributor role with vendor oversight and collaboration with a lean internal team. You’ll be working closely with the senior leadership team to support business expansion and operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures tailored to the F&B sector
- Lead preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Conduct budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling to support decision-making
- Monitor food cost, COGS, and POS integration across dine-in, takeaway, and delivery channels
- Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards and statutory requirements
- Coordinate with external accounting vendors and internal finance support
- Lead the setup of new financial systems and internal controls
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum 10 years of relevant finance experience, including at least 3 years in F&B in Singapore
- Experience with POS systems, inventory controls, and multi-channel revenue tracking
- Proven ability to work independently in a lean environment
- Strong communication and analytical skills
