Job Description
- Manage Payroll and HR Management Applications for Customers
- Provide good Services and Timely response to Customers’ Enquiries on Payroll and HR matters.
- Provide Feedback and Support to Product Development Teams in their efforts of continuous Enhancement of the Company’s Application Products.
- Assist in Tender Preparation, Product Development, Implementation, Testing, and Support of software applications.
- Meet performance (SMART) goals and objectives set by upper management
- Report on the progress of goals and objectives
- Monitor performance progress with management
Qualifications & Experience
- Degree, Diploma or equivalent in HR, Finance or Information technology majoring in HR or Finance
- Ability to respond rapidly and professionally to problems originating from customers
- Possess strong analytical and problem solving skills with excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
- Knowledge in Financial Accounting and HR administration an added advantage
