Job Description - Financial Accounting & Corporate Services Executive / Senior Executive
Role Overview:
This position will manage a portfolio of designated Clients who require our services.
Responsibilities:
Financial Accounting and Taxation:
- Bookkeeping and GST reporting
- Payroll processing
- Preparation of Financial Statements
- Tax computation and Tax return Filing
- Other relevant accounting functions
Corporate Secretarial Support:
- Incorporation of Companies
- Preparation of corporate resolutions and minutes of general meetings
- Maintenance of statutory secretary file
- ACRA statutory filing
- Other relevant corporate secretarial tasks

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in accountancy and / or finance. 0-4 years relevant work experience.
- Interested to develop a career in accounting and corporate secretarial services.
You can accumulate your practical experience via Accredited Training Organisation under Singapore CA Qualification Programme, Approved Employer - Association of Chartered Accountants (ACCA), and Authorised Training Employer – ICAEW.
