Responsibilities:
o Manages and directs staff of accountants and analysts to conduct all routine procedures and duties associated with the plant controller organization.
o Provides advice and counsel to plant operations management to ensure the optimum performance of the plant. Interprets financial data collection to influence management toward decisions consistent with company objectives.
o Set up and monitor systems of internal control consistent with direction provided by the Division controller and Manager of Tax & Treasury.
o Monitors plant credits and collections. Supervises plant cash management including collections and forecasting balances over time.
o Prepares financial projections and company status reports to divisional and corporate management as required. Coordinates discussions with Division management on financial matters.
o Identifies and implements programs that control the corporation's financial risk, including implementation of programs established by the Division Controller and Tax & Treasury Manager.
o Develops and implements systems to control the manufacturing operation costs and maintain systems to monitor product lines and customer profitability.
o Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
o Degree in Accountancy or equivalent.
o Minimum 5 years of experience in the Electronics Manufacturing industry is preferred.
o Experience in Management Accounting and Costing
o Proficient in MS office applications. & Oracle
o Competent financial capabilities.
o Hands-on with strong analytical skills.
