Key Responsibilities:
- Drive store sales performance and exceed targets through exceptional client engagement and CRM initiatives.
- Deliver a premium, personalised shopping experience to build long-term customer loyalty.
- Lead, develop, and inspire a high-performing team with strong coaching and succession planning.
- Oversee all daily store operations, including scheduling, inventory control, and compliance.
- Maintain brand-aligned visual merchandising and ensure a consistently elevated store presentation.
- Manage budgets, optimize resources, and ensure operational efficiency while upholding safety standards.
Key Criteria:
- Minimum 5 years of retail management experience, ideally in luxury or premium brands, with proven success in launching and establishing a store from the ground up.
- Strong track record in achieving sales targets, driving client engagement, and building customer loyalty.
- Exceptional leadership skills to inspire, coach, and develop high-performing teams.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of luxury retail standards, visual merchandising, and clienteling best practices.
- Proficiency in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Chinese-speaking stakeholder and counterparts.
