Job Scope
Procurement & Product Management
- Manage end-to-end floral procurement, ensuring consistent supply of fresh, high-quality blooms aligned with our seasonal and design direction
- Build and maintain relationships with local and international flower suppliers, negotiating pricing and ensuring timely delivery
- Monitor flower quality, availability, and pricing trends to make informed sourcing decisions
- Coordinate with the Floral Team to align purchasing with weekly and monthly design plans
- Glasshouse Operations & Visual Merchandising
- Oversee the daily operations of the Flower Glasshouse, ensuring a seamless retail experience and efficient workflow
- Ensure the space is consistently well-presented (clean and tidy), well-stocked, and aligned with the brand and seasonal themes
- Monitor stock levels and freshness of flowers; coordinate replenishments with the Procurement Schedule
Customer Experience & Retail Sales
- Greet and assist customers in selecting blooms and ready-made arrangements with care and product knowledge
- Handle POS transactions, walk-in orders, and gift purchases accurately and efficiently
- Provide floral styling and gifting advice that reflects the brand aesthetic
- Collaborate with the Floral Team for custom or same-day bouquet requests
B2B Sales & Client Relations
- Identify and pursue opportunities to grow B2B sales with florists, or institutions
- Respond to B2B inquiries, prepare quotations, and tailor floral solutions to meet client needs
- Maintain relationships with B2B clients, ensuring excellent service and long-term collaboration
- Work with Admin to track orders, invoicing, and delivery logistics for B2B clients
Team Coordination & Reporting
- Coordinate with the Floral Team, Admin Team to ensure alignment across all customer touchpoints
- Supervise and support junior staff or part-timers assigned to the Glasshouse
- Maintain daily operational checklists, procurement logs, and B2B sales tracking sheets
- Report regularly to management on sales performance, procurement costs, and client updates
Brand & Marketing Support
- Share images of new arrivals, creative displays, or behind-the-scenes moments to support social media and marketing efforts
- Provide insights on customer preferences and seasonal trends to help guide future product and marketing strategies
Job Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in a floral, retail, or design-related business, with proven experience in procurement or sales.
- Strong network or knowledge of floral suppliers (local and/or international).
- Sales-oriented mindset with experience handling B2B accounts or partnerships.
- Strong visual and aesthetic sense; comfortable working with flowers and retail displays.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — confident with clients and team members.
- Self-motivated, well-organized, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities independently.
- Physically able to stand for extended periods and handle floral materials and deliveries.
- Possess leadership skills with the ability to mentor and lead a team.
- Ability to handle stressful situations with composure and professionalism.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
- Physically fit and able to lift and carry floral supplies and arrangements
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new skills, techniques, and industry trends.
- Tech-savvy with basic knowledge of POS systems, inventory tools, and Excel/Google Sheets.
