Job Highlights

- Salary Range : S$2,800 – S$3,500/month (commensurate with experience)
Working Hours
- Monday – Friday (including Sunday): 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
- Saturday: 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM
- 5.5-day work week; fixed off day on Wednesday or Friday

About the Role
As a Florist , you will design and prepare floral arrangements while supporting smooth daily operations. This role is perfect for creative, detail-oriented individuals who enjoy working both independently and within a close-knit team. You will manage supplier coordination, customer orders, and ensure high service standards are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and prepare floral arrangements (bouquets, wreaths, table pieces, etc.)
- Fulfill customer orders promptly and accurately
- Manage flower inventory and ensure proper care and storage
- Liaise with suppliers to source flowers and materials
- Handle customer inquiries via phone and WhatsApp
- Maintain shop cleanliness, organization, and display standards
- Support smooth day-to-day shop operations
Requirements
- At least 2 years of relevant florist experience
- Passionate about floral design with a creative eye
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Physically able to handle role requirements (lifting flowers, water pails, etc.)
- Willing to work weekends and public holidays
