Working hrs: 34hrs/weekly
Location: Ang Mo Kio
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Ingredient Preparation: Assisting FCE teachers with ingredient preparation for lessons.
2. Food Order Management: Receiving and storing food orders, contacting grocers for issues.
3. Lab Maintenance: Maintaining cleanliness of cookery labs, including sweeping, mopping, and cleaning equipment.
4. Stock Management: Performing stock-taking duties for consumables.
Additional Duties:
1. Supporting Teachers: Advising on ingredient sufficiency and preparing ingredients according to recipes.
2. Food Order List: Preparing and managing food order lists.
3. Flexibility: Performing other duties as assigned by FCE teachers and school leadership.
Qualifications & Requirements:
1. Education: PSLE certification.
2. Experience: 2 years of experience in a cookery lab in MOE schools.
