Job Description
- Preparation of food ingredients for aviation and non-aviation meals
- Production, packing, and labelling of aviation and non-aviation meals/ bakery items
- Operations including thermoforming operations, blast chilling/freezing process, bulk food packing, vacuum sealing, rice line production etc
- Quality check of each finished item to meet the quality standards
- Operate food processing equipment and machinery in food production lines.
- Observe and maintain safety levels with particular attention to machinery and electrical equipment.
- Monitor food processing equipment and report cases of improper functions.
- Sanitize all materials and machinery parts at the end of each shift and clean the workspace at the worker station by following the cleanliness standards
- Maintain a strict level of personal and workplace hygiene.
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma Holders
- 2-3 years of hands-on experience in Food Production Industry is preferred
- Able to operate food processing equipment and machines
