Job Description
- Coordinate production department activities
- Ensure proper machining set-up & identifies the machine for servicing/repair if necessary
- Perform troubleshooting when errors occur
- Supervise staff in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Production scheduling
- Staff scheduling
- Lead production team to achieve department productivity and quality goals
- Ensure line clearance is practiced for mix-up prevention
- Ensure customer orders are fulfilled
- Ensure all products meet specified quality standards and minimize the cost of production
- Employee orientation and training
- Enforce workers’ basic work disciplines and resolve worker’s problems
- Ensure workplace safety
- Daily reporting to the management
Job Requirement
- Possess at least O Level.
- Minimum 1-3 years working experience in F&B Manufacturing.
- Able to work independently, as well as a team player.
- Shift Working Hours Pattern
- Working day pattern: 6 days per week.
