Main duties and responsibilities
- Use specialised tools (e.g., boning knife) to debone meat according to the production requirements or customer orders;
- Use knives or cutting equipment to perform skinning, slicing, trimming and portioning operations;
- Weigh and sort meat products according to product specifications;
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of work surfaces and tool /equipment in compliance with food safety standards;
- Collaborate with the production team to meet daily output targets.
Working Hours
6 working days (Monday to Saturday: 04:00am - 12:50pm)

Job requirements
- 1 year of hands-on experience using Knives, Mincer, Slicer and related machine for meat preparation.
- Comfortable working in 8 – 12 °C working environment, uniform will be provided.
