Job Summary:
The Stall Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations at a food court stall, ensuring smooth service, high food quality, and excellent customer satisfaction.
The role involves managing staff, handling cash, maintaining hygiene standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Operations Management:
- Oversee daily stall operations, including food preparation, cooking, and serving.
- Ensure all dishes meet quality, taste, and presentation standards.
- Monitor stock levels, place orders for ingredients, and manage inventory.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in stall.
Staff Supervision:
- Train, supervise, and motivate stall assistants, cooks, and cashiers.
- Assign duties and manage work schedules to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
- Ensure quick and efficient service to minimize waiting time.
- Maintain a friendly and welcoming stall environment.
- Conduct regular checks on equipment maintenance (e.g., stoves, fryers, fridges).
- Ensure proper food storage and pest control measures.
Requirements:
- Experience: At least 1–2 years in F&B operations (food court/hawker stall experience preferred).
- Skills: Leadership, multitasking, basic cooking skills, and cash handling.
- Certification: Basic Food Hygiene Certificate (Singapore) is a plus.
- Language: English & Chinese (to communicate with staff/customers).
- Attributes: Hardworking, responsible, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
