Are you a detail-oriented finance professional with a passion for driving business performance through data-driven insights? Our client, a leading group of companies in the Real Estate/Property Development industry, is seeking a talented FP&A Analyst to join their dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Analysis and Reporting:
- Analyze monthly Group results (P&L & Balance Sheet) against budget and previous year
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators, including revenue, EBIT, and cash flow
- Prepare insightful reports for senior management and directors
- Forecasting and Budgeting:
- Drive quarterly cash flow projections and rolling forecasts
- Lead budget preparation and analysis, including key assumptions and trend analysis
- Review and assess forecast submissions from various business units
- Performance Management:
- Work closely with business unit finance teams on performance analysis
- Prepare KPI parameters for CEO & HODs evaluation
- Support the preparation of the annual report
- Process Improvement:
- Undertake finance-related projects to enhance processes and automation
- Support ad hoc projects and financial reporting requirements as needed
- Strategic Support:
- Assist the Group CFO in administrative and strategic tasks
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis or FP&A roles
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and financial modeling
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
