Full Stack Developer (Python/Django & Angular)

We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Full Stack Developer (Python/Django & Angular). This role involves maintaining and enhancing CRM system, mobile applications, and website. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with both backend and frontend development, as well as a proactive approach to system improvement and troubleshooting. This position requires on-site availability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain, enhance, and troubleshoot the CRM system, mobile applications (available on both iOS and Google Play stores), and company website.

• Develop and implement improvements to streamline processes and support company wide functions.

• Ensure the seamless integration of the CRM system with other platforms.

• Maintain and update the website (WordPress) by adding new content, addressing inquiries, and making necessary layout upgrades.

• Support configuration and maintenance of our internally built CRM, with a focus on customization, troubleshooting, and optimization.

• Able to provide basic IT support, including troubleshooting internet issues and addressing common laptop/PC-related problems will be an added advantage
  

Technical Requirements:

• Backend: Strong experience with Python, specifically Django framework.
• Frontend: Proficient in J avaScript and Angular 12 framework.
• Mobile: Angular Ionic 5
• Cloud: AWS ( RDS, Lightsail EC2, Lambda,SQS, SNS)

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role, handling both backend and frontend development. • Strong coding skills in Python/Django and JavaScript/Angular.

• Effective communication skills to work with cross-functional teams.

• Self-motivated and able to work independently without daily guidance.

• Ability to troubleshoot common IT issues and assist with office technology needs.

• Familiarity with WordPress for website maintenance and basic customization.

• Experience with third-party platforms like Xero (accounting) and HalloSign (document management) is advantageous.

• Basic knowledge of IT support tasks, such as troubleshooting hardware and internet issues, is highly desirable.
