As a Clinic Assistant at Beacon Health Pte Ltd, you will play a crucial role in supporting the efficient and seamless operation of our general practice clinic located in the Bukit Timah Central Region. What you'll be doing
- Greeting and checking in patients, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience
- Scheduling and managing appointments to optimise the clinic's workflow
- Preparing examination rooms and ensuring they are well-stocked and sanitised
- Assisting doctors and nurses with various clinical tasks as needed
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation
- Handling telephone inquiries and addressing patient queries in a professional manner
- Performing general administrative duties to support the smooth running of the clinic
What we're looking for
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, customer-focused approach
- Excellent organisational abilities and attention to detail
