Singapore Management University’s Organisational Behaviour and Human Resources group invites applications for open-rank (Assistant/Associate/Full Professor) tenured/tenure-track faculty positions.
We are seeking highly productive researchers in the area of “Future of Work.” Although priority will be given to those working on issues related to Artificial Intelligence (A.I.), in general this area encompasses, 1) technological transformation (e.g., role of A.I., automation), 2) changing workforce composition (e.g., impact on employee identity and meaning), 3) organizational adaptation (e.g., effect of hybrid work models, leadership in new work environments), and 4) ethical implications (e.g., implications for inequality, job displacement, well-being and mental health).
Candidates should be conducting rigorous, impactful, and interesting research and have high-quality publishing and research records commensurate with the rank for which they are applying.

Candidates should submit a full application by 18th August 2025 consisting of: (1) a letter with their research and teaching statements, (2) a CV, (3) three samples of research, (4) evidence of teaching ability, and (5) three letters of reference. Candidates must have an earned PhD in a field relevant to Organisational Behaviour and Human Resources.
