️ Roles and Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
- Ensure excellent customer service and a memorable visit experience for all guests
- Manage crowd control and uphold visitor safety throughout the playground
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards daily
- Organize and manage playground inventory and storage areas
- Operate and upkeep all playground equipment in good working condition
- Assist in planning staff duty rosters and cleaning schedules
- Coordinate daily crew deployment and meal-time arrangements
- Lead and support part-time and junior crew members
- Oversee check-in and check-out procedures at admissions
- Support and participate in in-house events and performances Complete any other duties assigned by the store manager or supervisor
Who We're Looking For:
- Candidates with experience in hospitality, children’s entertainment, tuition centres, or childcare environments
- Individuals who are responsible, team-oriented, and enjoy interacting with children
- Ability to work on weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts as required
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience is a plus
