Responsibilities
- Managing End to End recruitment process of different business areas with a key focus on direct sourcing.
- Candidate management
- Ensuring that Candidate has a good recruitment experience.
- Initiate a range of sourcing activities, such as publishing vacancies, networking and conducting referrals, to ensure a regular supply of candidates that meet client’s current and future demands
Requirements
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Good decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- The ability to design and implement recruiting strategies
- Experience with recruitment processes and databases will be a major plus
