The Job
· Oversee the daily maintenance of the following items:
- electrical works
- mechanical pumps
- air-conditioning system
- plumbing repairs
· Oversee works completed by contractors are as per our requirements and completed within timeframe
· Ensure all technical equipment/machines are in good running condition
· Standby night duties for exigency call for NSRCC Kranji
· Assist the implementation and corrective maintenance programs
· Handle complaints and repair works accurately and timely
· Responsible for the requisition of all light bulbs, electrical items, mechanical and hardware in NSRCC Kranji
· Must be able to manage basic office administrative skills.
Requirements
· Minimum NITEC in Electrical & Air-conditioning or equivalent with 2 years’ of experience in a similar capacity
· Good in decision-making, possess integrity, resourceful and able to work long hours if required
· Must be able to perform shift duties and work on weekends and public holidays
Additional Information
· 5-day work week
· Working Hours: 8:15 am to 5:30 pm
· Laundry and mobile allowances provided
· Staff transport provided at Kranji MRT station (7:45am)
