Job Description:
Our client is a leading Real Estate Private Equity firm with a strong portfolio across commercial, residential, and mixed-use developments in Asia and beyond. With a focus on high-yield assets and long-term value creation, our client is now seeking a Fund Manager to oversee investment performance, drive strategic fund growth, and manage investor relationships. This person will be responsible for the full lifecycle management of real estate funds, including investment execution, portfolio oversight, capital raising support, and stakeholder reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day fund management activities, ensuring alignment with fund strategy, return objectives, and regulatory requirements
- Evaluate investment opportunities, support due diligence, and assist in transaction execution alongside the investment team
- Monitor and optimize the performance of the fund’s real estate assets across acquisition, development, leasing, and exit phases
- Lead fund reporting, including performance analysis, NAV calculations, financial models, and investor presentations
- Work with investor relations and fundraising teams to support capital raising and LP communications
- Coordinate with legal, compliance, tax, and finance teams to ensure fund governance, structuring, and regulatory compliance
- Support strategic planning, fund budgeting, and forecasting Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including joint venture partners, advisors, and institutional investors
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CFA preferred
- Minimum 7–12 years of experience in fund management, real estate private equity, asset management, or investment banking with a focus on real estate
- Strong understanding of real estate market fundamentals across APAC or other key regions
- Solid financial modeling, valuation, and performance analysis skills
- Proven ability to manage complex real estate portfolios and coordinate cross-functional teams
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive with strong business acumen
