Job Responsibilities:
- Handle daily operations of the fund, including account opening and reconciliation with upstream brokers.
- Communicate with suppliers such as fund management companies and compliance departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist in managing fund administration tasks to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate and execute subscription and redemption processes in accordance with fund guidelines and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of relevant work experience, with local fund administration/fund operations experience preferred.
- Familiarity with fund operation processes, and strong teamwork and communication skills.
- A certain understanding of local fund-related regulations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline
Salary: 4500-5000 SGD/month * 13 months
