As we expand into new markets & partnerships, we are seeking a highly skilled & passionate Junior Marketing Executive, AKA Global Hype Coordinator, to lead our marketing strategy & brand growth from Singapore.
ROLE PURPOSE
The Global Junior Marketing Executive (Global Hype Coordinator) is responsible for developing & executing a bold, modern & data-driven marketing strategy that drives awareness, generates qualified leads & amplifies PLAI’s brand value worldwide. This role blends creative execution with commercial strategy & demands a candidate with vision, ownership & passion for sport, marketing & technology.
You will manage the full marketing spectrum across social, digital, partnerships, lead generation & brand - playing a mission-critical role in PLAI’s growth trajectory.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Full Spectrum Marketing Strategy
- Design & own a far-reaching marketing strategy spanning digital, in-person, print & social.
- Lead campaign planning & calendar management across all marketing channels.
- Continuously refine marketing plans aligned to company KPIs & user engagement data.
2. Social Media & Content Creation
- Manage all PLAI social media channels: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, X (Twitter) & LinkedIn.
- Oversee paid ads campaigns, ensuring high ROAS & tight alignment with budget.
- Create content across formats (copy, design, video) for use in email campaigns, website, social media & partner promotions.
3. PLAI Partnerships
- Source, pitch & close new brand partners aligned with PLAI’s mission & user base (e.g., sportswear, supplements, tech, equipment).
- Build & maintain strong relationships with existing commercial partners, ensuring ROI & retention.
- Collaborate on campaign design, activation schedules & performance reporting.
4. Sales Qualified Lead Generation
- Drive generation of Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) through organic & paid channels.
- Define & optimise lead qualification funnels.
- Work closely with the Sales & Onboarding teams to ensure high-quality lead handoffs.
5. Executive Personal Brand Development
- Build & manage the digital personal brand of PLAI’s CEO.
- Coordinate the creation & publication of high-value thought leadership content.
- Align executive visibility strategy to investor relations, customer acquisition & media strategy.
6. Systems Expansion, Automation & AI
- Identify, implement & optimise marketing tools & automation platforms.
- Leverage AI-powered solutions to enhance creative workflows & content delivery.
- Maintain system efficiency across campaign management & reporting.
7. Data Innovation & Reporting
- Track, analyse & report on campaign performance, user engagement & lead generation.
- Collaborate with the COO to turn marketing data into actionable business intelligence. Continuously improve marketing ROI & attribution accuracy.
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- MINIMUM 2 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN DIGITAL MARKETING, CONTENT CREATION, OR SOCIAL MEDIA STRATEGY.
- PROVEN ABILITY TO GROW BRANDS & DELIVER RESULTS ACROSS PAID & ORGANIC CHANNELS.
- ADVANCED UNDERSTANDING OF MARKETING TOOLS, ANALYTICS PLATFORMS & AUTOMATION SYSTEMS.
- CONFIDENCE IN CREATING CONTENT & BRAND ASSETS ACROSS ALL MODERN FORMATS.
- EXPERIENCE IN PARTNERSHIP ACTIVATION & COMMERCIAL BRAND MANAGEMENT.
- STRONG SENSE OF OWNERSHIP, AMBITION & RESULTS-DRIVEN MINDSET.
