About the Role
We are Kuubiik, a global provider of AI-driven outsourcing 2.0 and agency solutions. In this role, you’ll be working for one of our clients, a fast-growing U.S.-based brand, as their go-to social media expert.
You won’t just schedule posts—you’ll take full ownership of the social media strategy, content planning, publishing, and performance tracking. You’ll work closely with the design and paid media teams to drive growth, engagement, and alignment across channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a social media strategy aligned with the brand’s goals
- Own the content calendar — from ideation to publishing
- Collaborate with designers to request visuals and ensure creative consistency
- Work closely with the paid media team to coordinate organic and paid content
- Schedule and publish content across platforms using Buffer, Hootsuite, or native tools
- Track KPIs (engagement, reach, etc.) and prepare monthly performance reports
- Research trends, hashtags, and competitor content to optimize campaigns
- Recommend new formats (e.g. Reels, Carousels, Stories) and platform improvements
- Participate in monthly content reviews and strategy alignment meetings
- Proactively flag gaps, propose new ideas, and continuously improve the content approach
Must-Have Skills
- 3–5 years of experience managing and strategizing social media for brands
- Strong understanding of social platforms (IG, FB, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Confident in planning campaigns and managing cross-functional collaboration
- Excellent project management and content coordination skills
- Comfortable with scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, Later)
- Clear communication and ability to work in a remote, async environment
- Strategic thinking and an eye for content trends and performance
