Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Group People & Culture Manager to join our leadership team. This individual will be both a brand and culture advocate, responsible for shaping and sustaining a vibrant, values-driven workplace across all our brands. Beyond managing HR policies and frameworks, this role is about building trust, nurturing people, and aligning our culture with our mission.
Key Responsibilities
1. Culture & Engagement
- Act as the culture ambassador, ensuring our company values are embedded across all teams and locations.
- Develop and implement engagement strategies that foster belonging, collaboration, and high performance.
- Organize initiatives, workshops, and events that strengthen team connection and morale.
2. People Operations & HR
- Oversee HR policies, procedures, and compliance in line with Singapore employment law and MOM regulations.
- Manage employee lifecycle (recruitment, onboarding, performance reviews, development, and offboarding).
- Develop compensation, benefits, and recognition structures to retain top talent.
- Implement frameworks for performance management, grievance handling, and conflict resolution.
3.Leadership & Development
- Partner with leadership to build succession planning and career development pathways.
- Coach and mentor managers to build people leadership capabilities.
- Introduce training programs to strengthen both professional skills and wellbeing.
4. Strategic HR & Growth
- Align HR strategies with business objectives and future growth plans (e.g., franchising, regional expansion).
- Provide insights on workforce trends and talent needs in the fitness, wellness, and lifestyle sector.
- Contribute to strategic initiatives such as diversity & inclusion, sustainability, and workplace innovation.
Requirements
- 8–10 years of progressive HR experience, ideally with exposure to fast-growing consumer, hospitality, or lifestyle brands.
- Strong knowledge of Singapore labor laws, HR compliance, and best practices.
- A people-first leader with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Outgoing, approachable, and empathetic, yet able to bring maturity and structure to a young and energetic team.
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders while remaining a trusted advocate for employees.
- Passion for fitness, wellness, or lifestyle industries is a plus.
