Job Title: Manager – Wireless Development
Industry: Electronics / IoT / Wireless Solutions
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with leadership on product roadmap and specifications.
- Lead a team of hardware engineers through product development to factory release.
- Act as project manager to ensure timely delivery of wireless hardware projects.
- Oversee hardware design: schematics, PCB layout, and BOM creation.
- Ensure compliance with CE, FCC, and other certifications.
- Coordinate product transfer to manufacturing and release documentation (datasheets, app notes, etc.).
- Maintain infrastructure: test tools, systems, and related software.
- Provide engineering support to customers and field teams.
Requirements:
- Degree or Master’s in Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
- Experience in wireless hardware/product design/smart or IoT device development
- 5 years in a team or project leadership role.
