The Role
- Drive business Natural Resources Facultative P&L in relevant geography / region
- Manage and develop Natural Resources Facultative business strategy for the region and develop a team
- Manage geographic / regional business pipeline and sales opportunities emanating from country and LOB pipelines working closely with Lead Client Relationship Directors, geographic and regional heads and industry leaders
- Support geographic / regional value
- Work with other geographic / regional Heads of Business within CRB
Financial KPIs
- Delivery of CRB geographic / regional Business Natural Resources Facultative budget and manage P&L
- Work with other geographic / regional Business Leads, Lead Client Relationship Directors and Broking Leads to drive overall geographic / regional Business growth and profitability
The Requirements
- Preferably educated to a degree, or MBA level (or country equivalent)
- Preferably with professional qualifications, e.g. ACII or similar country equivalent, or relevant industry experience
- Holds BCP, ComGI and PGI
- Strong communication, negotiation and influencing skills with a proven reputation in the market
- Excellent leadership skills, with ability to grow and develop people
- Strong skills in problem solving, planning and budgeting
- High levels of business and financial acumen with an understanding of company strategy and change management
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence within a matrix environment, good working relationships with people essential
- Strong facilitation skills – able to use inclusive and collaborative styles to manage ambiguity and gain agreement
- Ability to act as an ambassador for the Company
