Job Title: Home Style Advisor – Make Spaces Feel Like Home (Orchard)

What You’ll Earn:
- Up to $3,200/month (including allowances)
Work Setup:
- In-person, full-time
- Retail hours (weekends & public holidays included)
What You'll Be Doing:
- Turn Browsers into Believers: Have meaningful chats with customers, understand what they’re looking for, and guide them to home solutions that fit their lives.
- Stay on Trend: Be the go-to for what’s in style and what works, know our collections, products, and what’s coming next.
- Create Feel-Good Experiences: From “hello” to “I love this,” you’ll make the entire shopping journey smooth, warm, and memorable.
- Own Your Numbers: Hit personal and team sales goals and keep the shop floor looking as good as the homes you help create.
- Be a Team Player: Assist with POS operations, displays, inventory, and whatever helps keep the store running smoothly.
What Makes You a Great Fit:
- You’ve Done This Before: At least 1 year in retail or a customer-facing role.
- People Feel at Home Around You: You’re a great communicator, a natural rapport builder, and genuinely enjoy helping others.
- Style is Your Second Language: You love interior aesthetics, understand layout, and have an instinct for what looks good.
- You Get How Retail Works: POS systems? Inventory? Merchandising? You’ve got it, or you’re quick to learn.
