Responsibilities
1. Design and implement strategic HR projects, including but not limited to new employee onboarding initiatives, mentorship upgrades, new leader landing program design, leadership drive etc.
2. Collaborate closely with business and HR team in driving the program implementation, upgrade design and feedback collection. Taking ownership of program whole lifecycle and drive delivery.
3. Provide HR support on daily people topics, such as: RTO5, workforce planning coordination, people process consultancy and provide feedbacks to respective supporting functions.
4. Provide consultation to employees on HR policy and company guidelines.
5. Diagnose and analyze HR issues upon business ad-hoc needs, deliver timely feedback and solutions to business.
