Responsibilities
- Assist HRBP in day-to-day HR Systems Implementation and projects.
- Provide administrative support for HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Maintain and update employee records and documentation.
- Assist in data analysis and reporting to support HRBP decision-making.
- Collaborate with HR team members to enhance HR processes and practices.
- Assist in the development and delivery of HR training & system programs.
- Handle inquiries from employees regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Support HRBP in workforce planning and talent management efforts.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of HR data and sensitive information.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Familiarity with Python programming, Adobe Suite, QGIS, SketchUp, and ATLAS.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
- Proactive and eager to learn in a fast-paced HR environment.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
