Senior / Executive, Human Resource
Responsibilities (not limited to):
- Maintain and update HR records
- Assess training needs and co-ordinate learning and development initiatives
- Assist in the recruitment process
- Prepare employment-related documents
- Manage the on-boarding/off-boarding of employees
- Apply, renew and cancel foreign work passes and applicable licenses and insurance
- Organise internal events
- Develop welfare programs for employees
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management/Business Administration
- Proficient in Microsoft office applications
- Minimum 3 years experience in HR
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills
- Independent worker, but a team player
