Job Description:
- Lead a team in delivering HR Business Process Outsourcing services, including recruitment, internships, scholarships, training, leave and benefits administration, events, data entry, reporting, and analytics.
- Ensure operations run smoothly and comply with policies, SOPs, and client expectations.
- Review and approve team deliverables to maintain quality and accuracy.
- Provide coaching and on-the-job training to team members.
- Collaborate with the HR Manager/Director on staff development, performance reviews, and welfare initiatives.
- Drive performance to meet service KPIs.
- Engage stakeholders and participate in client meetings and discussions.
- Address client issues promptly and professionally.
- Identify process improvements and recommend solutions to the Branch Head/Director.
- Uphold ethical standards and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Human Resources or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of HR experience, including supervisory responsibilities
- Experience in shared services and government agencies/statutory boards preferred
- Familiarity with Workday is an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools
- Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently or in a team
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
