- Ensure the implementation of HSSEQ Guidelines, Policies, Plans and Programmes, their enforcement and continuous monitoring.
- Adhere to HSSEQ standards, relevant QHSE laws, and codes of practice to ensure a safe workplace and meet client needs.
- Provide hands-on, ongoing HSSEQ implementation support to all Affiliate Depots/ Sites and Stakeholders.
- Perform daily site walks to monitor and promote a safe workplace. Conducts & Involves in QHSE audits and inspections. Manage and resolve safety incidents and issues.
- Operate a safety system with preventive actions and risk management.
- Handle updates, documentation, audits, and licensing.
- Gather HSSEQ data and report monthly to Management and clients.
- Coordinate HSSEQ-related communication with clients.
- Perform audits, assessments, and safety follow-ups.
- Assist in maintaining calibration and equipment service reports.
- Provide HSSEQ training and manage monthly safety meetings.
- Manage site security and collaborate with security providers.
- Maintain safety equipment with vendor collaboration.
- Conduct routine fire safety checks and drills.
- Perform Verification and Assurance of implementation of Control of Work tools and Process Safety Fundamentals
- Assist logistics support during equipment mobilization, demobilization, and maintenance.
- Conduct QHSE presentations and training for employees as required.
